Our projects
Washone
WashOne Project involves the design, technical development, prototyping and final validation of an innovative toilet which integrates multiple functions such as a washlet system, integrated water storage, flushing system and urine diversion system. All of these solutions will be studied and developed from a perspective of comfort, hygiene and sustainability, targeting essential aspects related not only to personal hygiene, but also to the efficient use of resources.
This co-promoted project was co-financed by FEDER – European Regional Development Fund through the Operational Program COMPETE 2020, being supported by ANI through the Incentive System for Business R&DT – Co-promoted Projects.
The promoting consortium is composed by the companies SANINDUSA, OLI and EVOLEO Services and by the non-business entities, University of Aveiro, ITECONS, University of Coimbra and ANQIP.
