It is still possible to order spare parts from discontinued collections?

Depending on the collection it may still be possible to order the respective spare parts. You can evaluate the stock availability of that specific component with a retailer or directly in the Sanindusa online store.

Are flush mechanisms universal?

Our mechanisms are not universal. Each toilet collection is equipped with a mechanism compatible with that specific toilet.

How can I identify the model of an inlet valve, oulet valve or full flush mechanism?

It is possible to adjust or replace the slowclose system of a toilet seat/ bidet cover?

It isn’t possible to adjust but you can replace the slowclose system. You must first identify the model of the toilet seat/ bidet cover and then select the compatible system. If you don’t know the model you can ask our services for help by sending photos of the toilet from the front and from the side and photos of the spare part in question to the following e-mail address: sanindusa@sanindusa.pt.

Is it possible to replace seat hinges and buffers?

Yes, it is possible. You must first identify the model of the toilet seat/ bidet cover and then select the compatible hinges and buffers. Is the 65cm New WcCare basin pneumatic support compatible with all basins of the same collection?

No, the 42902 pneumatic support is only compatible with the 65cm basin (code 129320).

Is it possible to replace the bottom water inlet valve through the cistern’s lid to avoid moving the toilet?

Usually to replace the bottom water inlet valve it’s necessary to move the toilet to the side in order to remove the flexible connector and unscrew the valve which is placed at the bottom of the cistern.
